Punch Brothers featuring Chris Thile is mandolinist/composer/singer Thile's new band that consists of Thile on mandolin, Greg Garrison on bass, Gabe Witcher on fiddle, Chris Eldridge on guitar and Noam Pickelny on banjo bluegrass virtuosos all. This Songbook performance coincides with the release of their new album from Nonesuch and it will feature a played-through, sung-through, 30-minute, four movement experimental bluegrass composition that showcases Thile's joyful and brilliant mandolin playing. Thile was a child prodigy on the mandolin who released his first album at age 12. More albums and a Grammy have followed since.

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
